The day started with a beautiful sunrise and we cycled out along the coast where around every turn was beautiful scenery - despite the long hill.
Edna was very strong up the hills and I was feeling a little nauseous, perhaps from swallowing a bug - so I stopped at lunch after 56km which was a decent, but slow, ride and vanned in to Porto on an empty unsettled stomach.
After a nap, I showered and explored Porto, which took 10 minutes, then opted for the vegetable soup and mashed potatoes for dinner.
It really is a stunning area of the world!
