Edna and I bought the most expensive avocados in Sardegna yesterday (imported from Peru) and I made a special sandwich for breakfast and an avocado roll for lunch!
Rest day turned into a work day until 12.30pm and I then took a walk to the beach for gelati...
Tonight's dinner is Crocchias and Stuffer!! Classic Sardegnan delicacies no doubt..
