A crisp calm morning for a 75km ride mostly along the coast with a few climbs to the lunch spot amidst olive trees and fig trees.
The 40km van ride from lunch to the hotel was up and down switchbacks with some spectacular views better observed other than on a bicycle.. :)
We have a rest day coming up so 2 nights at Hotel Murmann which is pretty remote from Maratea with a few local shops.. but the gelateria is closed for a week!!
Half board which includes breakfast at the hotel and dinner at a nearby restaurant.. Judge for yourselves based on the dinner pics.. I skipped dessert (tiramissu) in favour of a regular icecream at the Bar.
Not much to see around here so enjoy the street art from today's ride.
